Details of the Job/Internship
Razorpay is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle contracts and provide legal advisory support across departments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on contracts and business operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor legal expenses and update MIS trackers.
- Support regulatory projects and fintech product analysis.
- Take initiative and contribute as a team player.
Eligibility
- LL.B from a reputed law school.
- 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, fintech, bank, or MNC.
- Experience in general corporate, product advisory, and contract negotiation, including IT contracts.
- Understanding of employment laws, fintech regulations, digital lending, and intellectual property.
- Strong legal research, analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders, manage legal expenses, and maintain MIS trackers.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and punctual individual with end-to-end accountability.
