Razorpay is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Provide legal advice to protect company interests.
- Coordinate independently with relevant parties.
- Maintain and update legal MIS trackers.
- Provide support on regulatory projects.
- Analyse legal aspects of fintech products.
- Identify and take up new tasks as a team player.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B) from a reputed law school.
- 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, fintech, bank, or MNC.
- Experience in general corporate, product advisory, and contract negotiation (including IT contracts).
- Strong communication and drafting skills in English.
- Knowledge of employment laws, fintech-related laws, digital lending, and intellectual property.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage legal expenses and maintain MIS trackers.
- Legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and punctual with accountability for assigned matters.
