Details of the Job/Internship

Razorpay is hiring a Senior Associate, Legal in Bengaluru to manage a wide range of contracts, provide legal advice, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves end-to-end contract negotiation, product advisory, and supporting regulatory and corporate legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for the organization.
• Provide legal advice to protect the company’s interests.
• Track legal expenses and maintain MIS trackers.
• Support regulatory and corporate projects in the fintech space.
• Analyze legal aspects of new products and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify and take up new tasks while working as a team player.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, fintech, bank, or MNC.
• LL.B degree from a reputed law school.
• Experience in general corporate law, contract negotiation (including IT contracts), and product advisory.
• Understanding of Employment Laws, Fintech-related laws, Digital Lending, and Intellectual Property.
• Strong communication, drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate independently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal MIS management.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, punctual, transparent, and accountable.
