Details of the Job/Internship

RevX Capital is hiring an AVP / Senior Associate – Legal to join their office in Gurugram

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate critical transaction documents, including loan agreements and debenture subscription agreements.
• Prepare and vet comprehensive security documents and other essential financing paperwork.
• Provide legal guidance on the structuring and execution of complex debt transactions.
• Ensure all deals comply with applicable regulatory frameworks, specifically SEBI and RBI guidelines.
• Lead negotiations with company founders, investors, and various financial counterparties.
• Conduct high-level legal research and provide analytical insights on special situations and structured deals.
• Act as a bridge between the legal function and business teams to manage multiple stakeholder interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a CS qualification or LLM is considered an added advantage.
• Strong professional experience in corporate law, particularly in legal documentation for financing transactions.
• Prior exposure to AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) or NBFC structures is highly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, drafting, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced financial environment.
