Details of the Job/Internship

SimplyBiz is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal with relevant experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and advise on commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence for companies.
• Provide transaction advisory services.
• Advise start-ups on venture capital transactions, fund-raising documentation, and deal closures.
• Structure transactions, including cross-border acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents such as Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Investment Agreements, and related documents.
• Understand sector-specific laws and advise on compliance requirements.
