Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring for the position of Senior Associate- Litigation and Arbitration with 2-3 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Live Teaching: Conduct engaging, interactive online sessions on arbitration and corporate litigation.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality reading materials, case studies, and practical assignments.
- Community Management: Lead and manage vibrant learning communities of aspiring legal professionals.
- Doubt Resolution: Provide timely support to learners by resolving their queries and conceptual doubts.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align educational offerings with learner needs and business goals.
Eligibility
- Lawyers with minimum 4 years of hands-on litigation experience.
- At least 2 years of exposure to arbitration and/or civil litigation.
- Individuals passionate about legal education, mentorship, and community building.
- Creative, extroverted professionals who are self-motivated, communicative, and quick decision-makers.
- Comfortable working in a structured full-time remote role with accountability and performance metrics.
