Areness Law is hiring for the position of Senior Associate - Litigation with 5 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions, reports, written submissions, appeals, petitions, and applications.
- Conduct extensive legal research and develop strategic litigation approaches.
- Appear and argue matters before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and various tribunals and forums.
- Brief Partners and Senior Counsel effectively.
- Supervise and mentor interns, junior associates, and paralegal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support legal and business growth strategies.
- Counsel clients and provide actionable legal advice.
- Contribute thought leadership through drafting articles, blogs, and research publications.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M./Ph.D. in Law from a recognized Indian institution.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; excellent drafting and oratory skills.
- Proficient in legal research using platforms like SCC Online, Manupatra, AIR, etc.
- Deep understanding of relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking.
