Chittranjan, Shah, Kay Legal & Associates LLP is hiring a Senior Associate in the Litigation Vertical to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves handling matters before the High Court, Commercial Courts, and Tribunals, including DRT, NCLT, commercial litigation, and recovery matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters before the High Court, Commercial Courts, and Tribunals.
• Work on DRT, NCLT, commercial litigation, and recovery matters.
• Draft pleadings and submissions.
• Appear before courts and tribunals for advocacy.
• Manage and assist with complex litigation files.

Eligibility

• PQE of 5–7 years.
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Experience handling complex litigation matters before courts and tribunals.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
