Details of the Job/Internship

Cygnus Legal is looking for a Senior Associate-Litigation with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic litigation team. If you have a strong command of litigation strategy, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling complex litigation matters across various courts, tribunals and arbitration forums.
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
• Representing clients in hearings and managing case strategy.
• Conducting in-depth legal research and case analysis.
• Mentoring and guiding junior associates.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years PQE in litigation.
• Experience with a law firm will be an advantage.
• Strong advocacy and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Experience in commercial disputes, arbitration, white-collar crimes, and insolvency matters is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
