Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Litigation with 4-5 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling litigation matters across District and High Court and Tribunals. 
• Drafting and reviewing of Complaints, Writs, Appeals, Contracts and Agreements. 
• Research and drafting of legal opinions. 

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM 
• Experience: 4-5 years.
• Strong analytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach on complex issues. 
• Fluent in reading & writing Kannada, Hindi &English languages respectively as applicable.
• Knowledge of substantive and procedural laws required for Corporate Commercial Litigation.
• Experience in handling litigation matters across District and High Court and Tribunals.

Salary/Stipend
