Details of the Job/Internship

LegalTech is hiring a Senior Associate – Litigation / Dispute Resolution with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join its office in Marathahalli, Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters from initiation to closure.
• Handle cases across civil, criminal, and family law.
• Appear before courts and manage hearings and filings.
• Interact with clients and provide legal guidance.
• Supervise and manage junior associates and interns.
• Coordinate case strategy and ensure timely progress of matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience in civil, criminal, and family law matters.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Kannada and English.
• Ability to independently manage cases and court appearances.
• Strong client-handling and team management skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
