Details of the Job/Internship
Parthasaarathi LLP is hiring a Senior Associate – Litigation with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced legal research for arguments involving complex documents, exhibits, and case laws.
- Draft and argue writs, appeals, and suits before the High Court and District Courts.
- Draft Precipies by monitoring the latest sitting lists to circulate matters for urgent hearings.
- Prepare precedents and review matters two weeks in advance to ensure all legal compliances are met.
- Take full stock of assigned matters to maintain a proactive litigation strategy.
- Consistently obtain court orders to advance client interests.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in hardcore litigation.
- Must have obtained a minimum of 5 court orders.
- Proven expertise in civil litigation within District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals.
- Ability to handle rigorous courtroom demands and advanced drafting.
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai are preferred.
