Details of the Job/Internship

Saga Legal is hiring an Associate – Litigation with experience of 4–6 years to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and draft legal opinions.
• Interpret statutes, case law, and regulations to develop strong legal arguments.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and notifications.
• Manage a diverse caseload independently while ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with accuracy and clarity.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, regulatory bodies, police authorities, and enforcement agencies.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and keep them informed about case progress.
• Assist partners and principals in briefing senior advocates on complex matters.
• Review work and mentor junior associates to ensure quality and consistency.

Eligibility

• Enrolled and in good standing with the Bar Council of Delhi.
• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in civil and criminal litigation.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to assist in handling complex legal matters.
• Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend
