Saikrishna & Associates in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Associate - Litigation. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, advising clients, researching legal issues, briefing counsels, and leading junior associates. Join them for an exciting opportunity in litigation practice!

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, advisories, and legal opinions for various litigation matters.
• Communicating with clients to understand their legal needs and providing appropriate legal advice.
• Conducting legal research on complex issues and providing insightful analysis.
• Briefing external counsels and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Guiding and supervising junior associates in their work assignments.
• Collaborating with teams from other legal practice areas to provide innovative solutions.
• Leading strategic initiatives to achieve clients' business and intellectual property (IP) objectives.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Law, including litigation processes and procedures.
• Experience in appearing before courts and tribunals, briefing counsels, drafting pleadings, legal research and client communication and coordination.
• Familiarity with court systems and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in Intellectual Property, Telecommunication Media & Technology, Commercial Litigations & IBC proceedings or related areas is a plus.
• Law degree from a reputable institution.
