Details of the Job/Internship
S.K. Legal Associates LLP is hiring a Senior Associate – Litigation with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves handling litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters, including commercial disputes, arbitration, debt recovery, and insolvency and bankruptcy cases.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, contracts, and legal documents.
- Appear before High Court and other courts/tribunals.
- Handle commercial, arbitration, debt recovery, and insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
- Manage client communications and interactions.
- Independently manage litigation and advisory assignments.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and advisory.
- Strong drafting, pleading, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in High Court and other courts/tribunals.
- Experience in commercial matters, arbitration, debt recovery, and insolvency and bankruptcy.
- Ability to handle matters independently and manage client interactions.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
