Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate – M&A and Litigation (Direct Tax) with 4–6 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on direct tax and corporate law matters.
- Draft submissions, appeals, and handle assessment/appellate proceedings.
- Prepare detailed presentations outlining structuring options for clients.
- Draft legal opinions and advisory notes on complex and contemporary direct tax issues.
- Ensure high-quality drafting of documentation for M&A and litigation-related matters.
- Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on PowerPoint for client presentations.
Eligibility
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Law Graduate from a premier law school.
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven exposure to direct tax litigation and M&A transactions.
- Strong working knowledge of direct tax laws and corporate legal provisions.
