Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate – M&A and Litigation (Direct Tax) with 4–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join their New Delhi Office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research on direct tax and corporate law issues.
• Draft submissions, legal opinions, and advisory notes.
• Handle assessment and appellate proceedings.
• Structure tax-efficient business transactions and draft relevant documents.
• Prepare client presentations, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Deliver high-quality drafting and documentation for litigation and M&A.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Law graduate from a premier law school.
• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in direct tax litigation and M&A matters.
• Strong understanding of direct tax and corporate law.

Salary/Stipend
