EZY Laws Advocates and Corporate Legal Advisors is hiring a Senior Associate-Non Litigation to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day non-litigation tasks in corporate laws, Private Equity, IBC, Banking, contract management, etc.

Eligibility

• Strong legal background and knowledge of law.
• Experience in conducting legal research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Experience in Deal structuring, AIF, and stressed assets is a plus.
• LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution. additional qualification of CS is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
