Details of the Job/Internship

EZY Laws Advocates and Corporate Legal Advisors is hiring for the position of Senior Associate - Non Litigation with 5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including:
• Sale & purchase contracts
• Service agreements
• Joint venture & partnership agreements
• Term Sheets, MoUs
• Shareholder & subscription agreements
• Investment & NDA/confidentiality agreements
• Technology transfer agreements
• Real estate & development agreements
• Tender documents and related instruments
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on contracts and suggest commercially viable mitigations
• Provide legal advice and opinions on commercial transactions and regulatory matters
• Perform legal due diligence and prepare detailed reports
• Manage internal and external stakeholder communications
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws including Companies Act, Contract Act, IBC, FEMA, AIF Regulations, etc.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Law Graduate + Company Secretary (CS).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend
