Details of the Job/Internship
Ezy Laws is hiring for the position of Senior Associate (Non-Litigation) with experience of 5+ years to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts, agreements for the sale and purchase of goods, / rendition of services, joint ventures, and partnership agreements, Term Sheets / MoUs, shareholders and subscription agreements, investment agreements, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, technology transfer agreements, Development & real estate agreement, tender documents, etc.
- Undertake a thorough and nuanced review of contract documents to identify risks and propose commercially viable mitigations.
