They practice corporate law, M&A involving listed and unlisted companies, financial investments, securities offerings, employment law, and technology law matters. 

Details of the Job/Internship

Kaizen Law is hiring for the position of Senior Associate/Principal Associate to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

The role involves handling mid-market M&A and PE/VC transactions, corporate law matters, financial investments, securities offerings, employment laws, and advisory on general corporate and technology law matters. Responsibilities include client management, legal research, drafting agreements, and providing strategic legal advice.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in mid-market M&A, PE/VC transactions, and corporate law/technology law matters.
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
• Client management and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• LLB degree from a reputable law school.
• Previous law firm experience is a must.

Salary/Stipend
