Dhir & Dhir Associates is hiring Senior Associate/ Principle Associate with the experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in reading and understanding of revenue records.
- Experience in conducting due diligence for land across PAN INDIA for various PSU's /financial institutions and banks.
- Should have work experience for the renewable sector, real estate and power sector.
- Review and examination of land records and documents and thorough understanding of land laws.
- Independent client dealing and coordination with all stake holders involved in the transaction.
- Drafting and finalization of opinions on land related matters.
- Strong understanding and ability to advice the parties on mortgage related aspects.
- Well versed with state land laws and latest judgments and developments in the sector.
