Details of the Job/Internship

Village Wave is hiring a Senior Associate (Real Estate – Legal) with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in North Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title due diligence and prepare legal opinions/reports.
• Draft and vet sale deeds, ATS, lease deeds, JDA, GPA/SPA, and other real estate documents.
• Coordinate with sub-registrar offices, legal vendors, and internal teams for document execution and registration.
• Ensure RERA compliance and assist with project-related documentation.
• Provide legal advisory on property law issues and support litigation coordination.

Eligibility

• LL.B/LL.M with 4–8 years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of title verification, documentation, registration processes, and RERA.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
