Details of the Job/Internship
Clergy & Wisemen is hiring a Senior Associate – Real Estate with 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Advisory and Title Due Diligence to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title due diligence for property transactions.
- Prepare Due Diligence Reports (DDR) identifying title flow, encumbrances, and legal risks.
- Review documents such as sale deeds, conveyance deeds, development agreements, lease deeds, and powers of attorney.
- Verify land records, encumbrance certificates, mutation entries, and regulatory approvals.
- Advise clients on RERA compliance and project registration requirements.
- Coordinate with local counsels for physical verification and title checks.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate advisory and title due diligence.
- Experience in title verification and completion of 15+ due diligence exercises.
- Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing, and land records.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
