Details of the Job/Internship

AQUILAW is hiring a Senior Associate (Real Estate) with 7–9 years of post-qualification experience to join its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end real estate transactions and advisory matters.
• Lead client interactions and manage deal negotiations.
• Conduct title due diligence and review of property documentation.
• Draft and vet agreements related to real estate projects.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory and compliance aspects.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 7–9 years of PQE in real estate practice.
• Strong experience in transactional and advisory work.
• Ability to manage clients and transactions independently.
