Details of the Job/Internship

Khaitan & Co. is hiring Senior Associate for Real Estate with the experience of 5 to 10 years to join their office in Chennai.

Eligibility

• Core experience in Real Estate.
• Preferably proficiency in Tamil.
• Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters.
• Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding on a wide range of legal subjects, ability to build on this knowledge, spot issues and bring in specialists as needed.
• Drive for technical superiority by staying abreast of developments in Law and be the go-to subject matter expert.
