Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice with 5–7 years of experience to join its Bangalore office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate acquisitions and sales.
• Conduct title due diligence for property transactions.
• Handle development and redevelopment matters.
• Manage private equity and investment transactions, including due diligence and transaction support.
• Draft and negotiate leasing and licensing arrangements.
• Support and execute various real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Five to seven years of post-qualification experience in real estate law.
• Strong professional integrity and commitment to high standards of work.
• Ability to work collaboratively while aligning individual goals with firm objectives.

Salary/Stipend
