Details of the Job/Internship
Treelife is hiring a Tax Advisory Manager with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to support clients on income-tax and regulatory matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to clients on income-tax implications and regulatory requirements, including FEMA, ODI, OPI, and FDI.
- Lead teams in developing transaction structures aligned with tax optimization and regulatory compliance.
- Lead client assignments for AIF fund setups.
- Advise clients on GIFT IFSC regulations and manage related setup assignments.
- Ensure regular updates to knowledge management databases with industry developments and regulatory changes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing by communicating tax and industry updates across teams.
- Encourage innovative problem-solving and identify opportunities for value-added client services.
Eligibility
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in Big4 firms or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and familiarity with FEMA, RBI, SEBI, and IFSCA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tally.
- Excellent communication skills.
