Details of the Job/Internship

Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring a Senior Associate (Trademarks & Copyright) with 4–5 years of experience. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle trademark oppositions, cancellations, prosecution, enforcement, and settlements.
• Draft responses to office actions and manage hearings.
• Provide advisory, drafting, and analytical support.
• Supervise associates and manage day-to-day client deliverables.
• Review documents and opinions, ensuring accuracy and strategy alignment.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years PQE in trademark opposition, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and advisory skills.
• Ability to manage client deliverables independently.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in reviewing documents and opinions is preferred.
