Details of the Job/Internship

Goyel & Goyal is hiring a Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years PQE for its Corporate and Transactions team. The role involves working on venture capital and M&A transactions, advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters, and supporting corporate advisory initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate investment documentation for company and investor clients.
• Conduct legal due diligence on investee companies.
• Research regulatory positions under RBI and SEBI.
• Provide general corporate advisory and review commercial contracts.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years PQE in Mergers & Acquisitions and VC transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail and interest in venture capital and the regulatory landscape in India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
