Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate in the White Collar Crime practice with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. The role involves supporting white collar crime investigations and defence matters, including internal investigations and regulatory work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct email reviews.
• Assist in fact-finding investigations.
• Participate in interviews as part of investigations.
• Handle matters involving FCPA, PMLA, UK Bribery Act, Companies Act, CBI-related work, PCA, and SEBI.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in white collar crime investigation and defence matters.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
