Details of the Job/Internship

Carelon Global Solutions India is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide legal advice on contract requirements, risks, and liabilities.
• Support procurement and business stakeholders throughout the contract cycle.
• Assist with litigation, arbitration, and legal notices.
• Create and update standard contract templates.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct legal research and compliance awareness initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for legal compliance queries.
• Work closely with internal departments and external counsel.
• Operate effectively across international legal environments.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a reputed university (5-year integrated course).
• 4–5 years of post-qualification legal experience in a law firm or in-house.
• LLM is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of company law, contract law, labor law, and IP law.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with US/UK time zones.
