Details of the Job/Internship
UnitedLex is hiring a Senior Associate with 4+ years of experience in contract review and commercial support to join their Gurgaon office (fully onsite).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various commercial contracts.
- Assess contractual risks and obligations in line with client policies.
- Maintain contract databases and ensure secure storage.
- Engage with internal stakeholders during negotiation and approvals.
- Support proposal and contract development through legal research.
- Communicate contractual issues and manage deliverable timelines.
- Ensure compliance with information security and company standards.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in law firm or corporate legal environment.
- Strong redlining and contract negotiation skills.
- Experience in outsourcing/supplier contracts preferred.
- Proficient in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Sound understanding of legal risks in commercial agreements.
