Details of the Job/Internship
UnitedLex is hiring a Senior Associate for its Data Breach Response team with 2 years of experience to join their Gurugram office
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee proactive communication with clients to ensure all specific requirements and reporting deadlines are met.
- Monitor and drive key performance metrics including productivity, utilization, and quality scores.
- Prepare and share management reports regarding performance, operational costs, and efficiency with stakeholders.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Manage complex timelines across multiple data breach or e-discovery projects.
- Adapt to rapid process changes and evolving regulatory requirements in the data privacy space.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in LPO/Legal Services.
- Required: At least 1+ years of experience specifically in E-Discovery and Document Review.
- Background in Contracts, Data Breach, or Compliance is eligible.
- Preferred: Candidates with demonstrated experience in Data Breach Response or Incident Response.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong listening abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and maintain high attention to detail.
