A K Mylsamy & Associates is hiring a Senior Associate in Chennai with 3+ years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling legal advisory, litigation, and compliance services for clients across various sectors. This role involves providing strategic solutions aligned to clients' business priorities, leveraging technology, and integrating legal expertise with business objectives.
Eligibility
- Legal Advisory, Litigation, and Compliance skills
- PQ 3+ YEARS
- Expertise in Corpoate law esp companies act
- Knowledge of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Foreign Exchange, and Intellectual Property Rights
- Experience in Arbitration and Commercial Litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant law degree and bar admission required
