Details of the Job/Internship

AKS Partners is hiring a Senior Associate with 5–6 years of experience to join their dispute resolution team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Lead and manage cases involving international arbitration.
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and case strategy.
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams for dispute matters.

Eligibility

• PQE: 5–6 years.
• Prior experience in international arbitration is mandatory.
