AKS Partners is hiring Senior Associates with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and arbitration to join their team at Delhi.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Strong command over commercial and procedural law.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Prior experience handling construction arbitration will be an added advantage.
