Details of the Job/Internship

AKS Partners is hiring a Senior Associate with 5–6 years of experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Work on international arbitration cases.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, and arbitration documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, tribunals, and internal teams.
• Support partners in complex dispute matters.

Eligibility

• 5–6 years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Prior experience in international arbitration is mandatory.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• LLB or equivalent qualification.

Salary/Stipend
