Alliance Law is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 6+ years to join their office in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- Experience in public issues, IPO, FPOS, Rights Issues, Buyback.
- Offers, Delisting Offers, preferential allotments, etc.
- Undertaking legal due diligence of companies including secretarial diligence.
- Preparing DRHP, Letter of Offer and other Offer Documents in compliance with SEBI Regulations and Company law.
- Having sound knowledge of securities and corporate laws.
