Alok Sinha & Co. (ASC - Solicitors & Advocates) in Delhi is seeking a Senior Associate with 5-7 years of PQE. Join their dynamic team!
Role and Responsibilities
- Expertise in Arbitration Laws, Regulatory Laws, Recovery Laws (DRT, Section 138, Consumer Court, Sarfaesi Cases), NCLT cases, and Labor Laws.
- Drafting legal documents, including arbitration agreements, regulatory compliance documents, recovery petitions, NCLT petitions, and employment agreements.
- Representing clients in arbitration hearings, regulatory investigations, recovery proceedings, NCLT hearings, and labor disputes before High Court, District Court, and Tribunals.
- Providing legal advice and guidance on compliance matters, regulatory approvals, and labor issues.
- Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
- Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with clients, legal teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards in all legal representations and interactions.
Eligibility
Recruiting lawyers with 5-7 years PQE.
