Details of the Job/Internship

Altacit Global is hiring a Senior Associate / Advocate – IPR with experience of 1+ years to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file patent, trademark, copyright, and design applications in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Develop comprehensive strategies for IP protection, portfolio management, and enforcement.
• Conduct in-depth research on intellectual property laws, judicial precedents, and international regulations.
• Handle patent and trademark prosecution, including managing oppositions, cancellations, and infringement actions.
• Draft and negotiate IP-specific agreements such as licensing, technology transfers, and assignments.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate laws.
• Review and draft corporate documentation, including shareholder agreements, NDAs, and joint venture contracts.
• Ensure adherence to domestic and international IP reporting deadlines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clients to provide legal solutions aligned with their business needs.
• Support IP litigation by preparing pleadings, gathering evidence, and drafting legal arguments.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a strong academic record.
• 1+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Law.
• 1+ years of experience in Business Development within a legal context.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and new technologies.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
