Details of the Job/Internship

Anhad Law is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with 4-7 years of experience  to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• For Disputes Practice:
• Handle matters related to commercial litigation, arbitration, and white-collar crimes
• Represent clients before various courts and tribunals
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
• For Labour & Employment Practice:
• Advise clients on employment law matters, internal policies, workplace issues, and statutory compliance
• Draft and review employment agreements, HR policies, and advisory memos
• Assist in dispute resolution related to employee grievances, terminations, and labour law compliance
• General Responsibilities (Both Roles):
• Deliver timely and accurate legal advice in respective practice areas
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality legal service delivery
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and review contracts as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams on multi-disciplinary assignments
• Participate in business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed university.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in a reputed law firm (preferred).
• Proven expertise in Commercial Disputes/Arbitration or Labour & Employment Law.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and provide commercially sound legal advice.
• High degree of professionalism, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend
