Details of the Job/Internship
Ankit Singal Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate with 4–5 years of PQE to join their office in Rajendra Place, Delhi. The role requires strong drafting and research skills with knowledge of Company, Insolvency, and Commercial laws. Experience of appearing before High Courts, NCLAT, and NCLT is preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and legal research in matters relating to Company, Insolvency, and Commercial laws.
- Appear before High Courts, NCLAT, and NCLT, as required.
Eligibility
- 4–5 years PQE.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Knowledge of Company, Insolvency, and Commercial laws.
- Experience of appearing before High Courts, NCLAT, and NCLT is preferred.
