Details of the Job/Internship
ANM Global, one of India’s leading media & entertainment law firms, is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Media & Entertainment practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for web series development & production, film-related agreements, music, talent engagements, and other media transactions.
- Advising clients on media and entertainment laws, content regulations, and intellectual property rights.
- Handling legal aspects of film, OTT, digital media, and television projects.
- Collaborating with production houses, OTT platforms, talent, and industry stakeholders.
- Assisting in dispute resolution, risk mitigation, and compliance advisory.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized law school.
- 3-5 years of PQE in media and entertainment law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills in web series, films, and digital content agreements.
- Familiarity with industry contracts, including co-production, distribution, licensing, talent agreements, music rights, and brand integrations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Openness to secondment roles.
