Details of the Job/Internship
Apex Group Ltd (India Branch) is hiring a Senior Associate – Company Secretary (Legal Officer) with 4–10 years of experience to join their Corporate Solutions team in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure corporate and legal compliance for client companies.
- Manage AML compliance documentation.
- Handle Board Meeting formalities for overseas clients.
- Draft resolutions, minutes, and legal documents.
- Maintain statutory registers and regulatory documents.
- Support audits and compliance reporting.
- Draft SOPs and provide internal training.
- Assist client services and COSEC teams as required.
Eligibility
- Company Secretary qualification; LLB/LLM preferred.
- 4–10 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience with Alternate Investment Funds (SEBI & IFSCA compliance).
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations is an advantage.
