Details of the Job/Internship
AQUILAW is hiring a Senior Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Strong foundation in dispute resolution and civil litigation, including property, constitutional, contractual, and recovery disputes.
- Experience with case documentation, legal research, and court procedure compliance.
- Proficient in filing and procedures related to the Bombay High Court and City Civil Court.
- Capable of managing commercial disputes, filing miscellaneous and interim applications.
- Well-versed with commercial laws.
- Preferred to have basic knowledge of criminal litigation.
- Will report to the Principal Associate and, for certain matters, Partner Neerav Merchant.
Eligibility
- The candidate should be born, brought up, and educated in Mumbai.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
