Details of the Job/Internship
ASA Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing legal support to clients, drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, reviewing agreements, and conducting legal research.
- Additionally, the Senior Associate will provide guidance to junior associates, attend and participate in client meetings, and assist with business development.
Eligibility
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Experience in contract negotiation and review.
- Knowledge of corporate, banking and finance, intellectual property, or real estate law.
- Ability to provide legal support and guidance to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible and able to work in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience as an Associate or Senior Associate.
- Experience working with international entities, multinationals, banks, and financial institutions is a plus.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
