ASM Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate for its IP Litigation and Enforcement team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle intellectual property litigation and enforcement matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and submissions.
- Manage cases across courts and regulatory forums.
- Advise clients on IP strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external counsel.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in IP litigation and enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of IP laws, procedures, and enforcement mechanisms.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and client management skills.
