ASM Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate with over 5 years of experience in IP Litigation to join their Litigation Team in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage IP litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, and other litigation documents.
- Represent clients before courts and tribunals in IP matters.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for case strategy and execution.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IP Litigation.
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
- PQE requirement must be met.
