Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting (agreements, legal notices, pleadings, other legal documents)
- Screening documents to determine legal significance.
- Conducting Due Diligence and preparing relevant reports.
- Legal research.
- Advisory concerning company law compliances.
- Client handling and associated communication, and coordination with client and team.
Eligibility
- BA.LLB and registration with the Bar Council of India.
- High work standards with a keenness to learn.
- Flexible work ethic with a “client first” culture.
- Business acumen.
- Comprehension, communication, and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving ability and presence of mind.
